Step 2
Track the “G” of GIA (Growth – in Health and Well-Being):

Step 3

At the beginning of the Inspired Wellness Challenge, identify a minimum of one habit that you would like to change or newly create. Thereafter, through February 28th , 2019, work on practicing that new habit – every single day. Here are just a few examples of what you may choose to focus on daily:

- Take a few minutes each day before going to bed and write down what you are grateful for. Anything or anyone that comes to mind which puts a smile on your face.
- Put a glass of GIA i-H2O on your nightstand each evening. And then first thing in the morning, drink it to start a healthy daily habit of optimal hydration.
- Perform a random act of kindness each day. Give up your seat or parking spot to someone else, hold the door for someone, complement a stranger. Anything that will make another person feel special.
In short, be creative with any positive, daily habit you would like to create. The choice is yours. All we ask you to do is to document what your new daily habit is, and in which ways it is improving your life, your business, career, relationships, etc.
Step 4
Track the “A” of GIA (Abundance):
First, identify your ‘paid as’ GIA rank from December 2018. Write it down. And now focus on the following during January and February 2019:
- Up-rank by a minimum of one GIA rank, or…
- Expand your GIA Team by a minimum of 6 new individuals (any combination of Consultants, Preferred Customers, Retail Customers, Professional Accounts, etc.) by February 28, 2019.
Final Step
On February 28, 2019, when the first Inspired Wellness Challenge of 2019 officially concludes, you’ll gather up the following information:
- Before & After picture (of your body, or face, or skin, etc. – whichever area of your body/face on which you focused your physical transformation. See below for an example of a before-and-after picture.
- A short video describing what which positive habit you implemented during the 60-day Challenge Period and how it helped transform your life.
- A short video explaining which success strategies you used to either (a) up-rank to your next higher GIA rank (compared to your December ‘paid as’ rank), or (b) to expand your GIA Team by a minimum of 6 new team mates by February 28, 2019.
Once you’ve collected all of the above information, please forward it to GIA’s VIP Consultant Support at support@giawellness.com by February 28, 2019 at 11:59PM.

Qualify as a Director or higher ($10,000 GV minimum for a new Director, or $7,500 minimum for a re-qualifying Director) for any THREE consecutive months!
